How do I pay?

Choose cash or bank transfer at checkout. Cash is paid when the order is delivered or collected. A bank transfer uses the details on the confirmation, with the order number as the reference, then a receipt upload.

Delivery or pickup?

Choose one at checkout. Delivery adds 15 XCG. Pickup has no charge and is collected after the cash or the transfer is confirmed. Delivery uses the address on the order.

Does the receipt confirm payment?

No. The owner compares it with the bank account and confirms the order manually.

What if my receipt is rejected?

The order stays unpaid. The email includes the reason, and you can upload another file.

Can I sell my own items here?

No. Preloved Luxe is not a marketplace.

What happens if I do not pay in time?

Unpaid orders past the deadline are cancelled and the reserved piece goes back on sale.
