Placing an order reserves the listed quantity until the payment deadline. The sale is confirmed when the owner marks the cash or the bank transfer as received. A receipt upload is not that confirmation.

Prices on the confirmation are the prices stored with the order. Later catalog changes do not rewrite a placed order.

The owner may cancel an unpaid order and release the piece. Confirmed orders can be refunded from the dashboard, which returns the piece to stock.
